This Trust Deed is made at Delhi on 19th Day of November 2016, by Mr. Anil Kumar Jayswal, S/o Shri Nathuni Prasad Jayswal, R/o H. 213 Ashirwad Enclave, Plot no 104, IP Ext. padpadganj, New Delhi 110092. Hereinafter called the 'FOUNDER' (which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the subject or context be deemed to include his heirs, executers, administrators, assigns and representatives) of the ONE PART and 1. Anil Kumar Jayswal, S/o Shri Nathuni Prasad Jayswal, R/o H. 213 Ashirwad Enclave, Plot no 104, IP Ext. padpadganj, New Delhi 110092.(Founder/Chairman) WHEREAS the Founder is desirous to establish a Trust for general welfare of humanity. The trustees have at the request of Founder agreed to the act as Trustees of these presents upon the terms and provisions hereinafter contained.
