JAI MAA KALI DHAM SOCIAL SERVICES

The objectives of the Trust shall be wholly for the public and charitable purposes and incomes shall be applied for the same and accumulated in India wholly for public & charitable purposes without prejudice to generality of provisions aforesaid and the following shall be deemed to be the principal objectives of "JAI MAA KALI DHAM TRUST": WHEREAS it is acknowledged that the TRUST have as their primary function the duty to inform the public accurately and to comment fairly on matters of public interest, without fear or favor and that such duty is fundamental to the existence, sustainability and development of any democratic state; and RECOGNISING that the public has the right to accurate information and fair reporting; and REALISING that the right to freedom of expression is guaranteed by the Constitution of India.

JAI MAA KALI DHAM TRUST OBJECTIVES :

1. To establish and maintain hospital nursing home, polytechnic, computer training centers & constructs Marriage Hall, dharmasala, Mandir in any part of India for general public.

2. To establish, maintain and run hospital, sanatorium, mobile dispensaries, after care clinic, homes and child welfare centers.

3. Arrange medical camps and educational program for the general public.

4. Create awareness regarding health to the public.

5. To conduct seminarand public meeting in the slum and rural areas for health education program.

6. To arrange / establish and maintain centers of adult education, vocational education technical training, and low cost education, formal & non-formal education.

7. Make all necessary efforts to achieve the above objectives, which are crucial for the fulfillment of objectives of assembly. To face tribal & weaker sections problems and organize team against terrorist's activities.

8. Collect funds for providing Medicine, food, shelter and education to the poor section of the society, so that they can live good life.

9. To collaborate with universities, colleges, NGOs of INDIA and ABROAD directly and indirectly to achieve the objectives of this trust.

10. To establish and develop institution for physically handicapped and disabled or mentally reared person any to provide them education, food, clothing or other help.

11. To create awareness and educate people about the ill –effects of alcoholism and substance abuse on the individual, the family and the society at large and undertake identification and rehabilitation of drug addicts.

12. To evolve culture –specific models for the prevention of alcoholism and substance followed treatment, and rehabilitation of addicts.

13. To provide a wide range of community based services for the identification, motivation, counseling, and de –addiction and rehabilitation long with aftercare and of the addicts.

14. To work for democracy, good governance, realization of human right, international peace, justice and cooperation including NGOs cooperation and coordination programs.

15. To provide help to the destitute physically handicapped people, mentally retarded children, street children and poor without any distinction of caste, color and creed.

16. To establish libraries, meditation, yoga naturopathy, ayurvedic, homeopathic centers for elderly in the target areas

17. To establish vocational training centers for women for improving their skills in the field of knitting sewing, embroidery, painting, boutique etc.

18. To work towards creating positive and supportive climate and conditions for the growth and sustenance for medical sectors.

19. To raise fund and accept gifts, donation subscriptions in cash or in kind and any property either movable or immovable for the achievement of the objective of the trust.

20. To establish, build or manage Hostels, Short stay Homes, Rehabilitation Centers, Shelters, Child Care Centre or Children's Home, Counseling Centers and Help Line Centers for Women, Children and needy persons after getting appropriate permission

21. To open college and institute in the name of trust so that we can provide education to the lower level of the society or poor section of the society.

22. To collect funds and help in terms of kind in the name of the trust for the medical operation and medical camps.

23. To publish magazine and newspapers in the name of trust after getting approval from the appropriate authority.

24. To establish hospital, dispensaries, laboratories, rehabilitation and camps to treat the drug addict, HIV (AIDS)/victims.

25. To implement general awareness programmer in school regarding.

    i. Sanitization to health, nutrition first aid, medical care and basic measure to prevent the diseases.

    ii. HIV/AIDS and its prevention.

    iii. Family life and family planning.

    iv. Sanitization to traffic rule:-prevention on and seeking helps from CATS/PCR.

    v. Child labor and abuse:-sanitization to human rights.

    vi. Sanitization to ill effects of social evils like dowry system, child marriages, smoking, Tobacco chewing, alcoholism and Drug abuse etc.

26. To collects subscription, fund donations,-in –aid for fulfillment of aim and objects of the trust

27. To establish, undertake awareness building on merits of Indian system of medicine and homeopathy and promote and propagate curved sidha unani, homeopathy, yoga and naturopathy board.

28. To establish and participate meals and organize health camps, training workshop for ISM & H practitioners, community awareness meeting, yoga in primary schools and cultivation of medicinal plant in rural / tribal areas.

29. To establish programs of urban develop slum community development garbage segregation and clean culverts septic tank and drains for better public health.

30. To manage and administer an orphanage, old age ,home , nursing home , hospital , library,reading room ,trust ,school, college, and other institution irrespective of cast creed or social status and take over absorb or amalgamate with any other society or trust or association in which the society may be interested.

31. Educational values in the process of putting children to sanskara, disciples. Utility of time to study sleep and waking routine by routine right and basic education in order to follow to activity.

32. To help needy poor students women and children and other groups for welfare and protection of their rights.

33. To do such act and education for rehabilitation of the children and people who, in anyway have been involved in wrongful illegal activities.

34. To encourage the youth and provide volunteers to government agency and/or brother organization to maintain peace law order.

35. To attempt creation of shelters, residence, drinking water and basic amenities to be made available to need people and deserving citizen.

36. To establish and develop institution for the physically handicapped and disable or mentally retarded to provide them education, food, clothing or other help.

37. To approach MCD, HUDA and other state Govt. or any other concerned agency for allotment of land to open and run Nursery, Pre-Primary, Primary, middle and senior secondary schools, engineering, IT Park, Medical, colleges, Medical Hospitals and other colleges for all and for the poor folk irrespective of caste, creed and social status & to attain any of the aims and objectives.

38. To develop information technology, parks, universities, education parks, and other related infrastructures.

39. To arrange and manage the training institution in typing, shorthand, computer, modeling, cutting g & tailoring, vocational courses, yoga, physical, educational, architect, modern art and other social activities of awareness programmers. Adult education classes, lectures, essay competitions, exhibitions, symposium, cultural programs, press conference and seminars.

40. To establish, run, maintain and grant aid in cash or kinds to advance technical education colleges including engineering & Diploma, college, medical college, Diploma in Medial and Engineering Colleges, Management education institute, Computer science & Engineering Institutes, Teacher Training & Specialized Studies & Research Institute to provide Standard and high Class education for E.E/ B.TECH./ B.Arc./ MBA/ B.Ed./ N.T.T. / B.T.C. Course and other related courses to the student according to rules & Regulation of A.I.C.T.E. N.C.T.E.Indian Medical Council & State Government.

41. To establish, develop, maintain and grant aid in cash and in kind to hospitals, medical schools, medical colleges, nursing institution, dispensaries, maternity homes, child welfare Institution in India for the benefit and use of the general public.

42. To undertake extensive data collection and information gathering exercises to monitor and evaluate developmental programmers targeted at various citizen groups and public services delivered to the general public, Large scale surveys involving extensive data collection-both qualitative as well as quantitative-help in an accurate assessment of development programmers and facilitate mid-course corrections for successful implementation.

43. To undertake implementation of various socio-economic development programmers in the fields of education, health, rural development etc. for the benefit of the poor and other deserving sections.

44. To offer professional expertise and services to agencies engaged in developmental sector and delivery of public services.

45. To run manage, establishment, charitable dispensaries, hospitals, old age homes, research on general diseases, like HIV/ AIDS, Hepatitis, T.B. Cancer, Cholera, And Typhoid etc.

46. To undertake advocacy efforts by organizing seminars, publication of booklets and reports, media advertisements etc. to appraise the general public and public officials about the best practices in good governance and promote their implementation

47. To organize seminars & workshops, publish books and materials, produce films, etc. for diffusion of political education in promoting accountability, transparency and integrity in governance.

48. To impart training and assist in capacity building efforts of state and central governments, community based organizations (CBOs) and other agencies to improve the implementation of development programmers and development of services delivery.

49. To establish education institutions and centers, to run, organize, manage, and to give technical, industrial, and commercial education particularly for weaker sections of the society and for physically challenged.

50. To arrange and organize EYE, ORGAN Donation Camps and Blood donation camp all over in India.

51. To provide education and to propagate general knowledge and to give computer education by way of feeling of education.

52. To provide help to competent and poor students by way of grants, book uniforms and other necessary help as required.

53. To construct own building of the trust in order to achieve the objects of the trust and for achieving greater coordination.

54. To work with the trust having similar objects.

55. To encourage and promote higher education among meritorious students in relevant fields of study for promoting good governance practices.

56. To create necessary infrastructure for promoting good governance and effective programme implementation as the continuity and sustainability of efforts to bring about good governance and effective programmes implementation is critically dependent on creation of necessary infrastructure for investigation analysis, documentation, dissemination and action.

57. To collect membership fee, grant, economical help, publish books and to collect money for achieving the objects of the Trust and Progress.

58. To make member of those trust who is working with similar objects for the upliftment of society. Amalgamating in those Trusts or amalgamating those trusts, so that, the Trust who working for society interest get benefit.

59. To enter into agreements/tie ups/joint ventures/affiliations/associations with national and international institutions/parties.

60. To create infrastructure for self use and for use of other interested parties in the field of education or activities similar to the main objected of the trust on lease/rental/ sharing basis.

61. To promote foreign investment and technical know whom from other countries within the permissible norms and out sourcing activities.

62. To provide sound educations to children's of all communities irrespective of their religion, cast or creed in general and to prepare them to become mature and responsible citizens of the country through the all-round physical, intellectual, academic mentai and spiritual development based on values derived from the life.

63. To start, establish run or manage and maintain schools with an object to provide sound pre-Primary, secondary, senior secondary and higher education to children by seeking recognition and affiliation from the education department and concerned Govt. authorities.

64. To focus more and larger efforts on the environments and resources problems of the developing countries by funding sourcing and educating the scientist on the importance's or research into technologies relevant to the developing world and the poor expanding scientific in the developing countries.

65. To provide all facilities for the public who comes for helping in the above aid trust.

66. Support to voluntary organization initiating enhancing and sustaining alternatives in the field of art culture, health, education, computer technology etc.

67. To provide educational and consultancy support for women welfare and development center and various institution by experts of their field. Branches of trust will be opened all over world.

68. To strengthen NGO in developing countries by encouraging financial support from abroad, building links and collaborative project among them.

69. To establish an international network of like mined NGO with the ability to public activities that threatens world life support systems.

70. To establish, run ,supports and grant aid /or other financial assistance to schools ,colleges , libraries, reading rooms ,universities laboratories, research and other institute of the like nature in India specializing in Shakespeare world drama and the performing arts.

71. To promote, establish, support, maintain or grant aid to institution for the promotion of science, literature, music drama and fine arts for the presentation of historical monuments and for he research and other institution in India having similar objects for the benefit of the public in general.

72. To establish and maintain and run studentship acknowledgments and journal test scholarship and render other kind of aid to student including supply of books, supply of books, stipends and medals and other incentives to study, without any distinctions as to caste, color, races, color races or sex.

73. To establish, maintain and grant aid to homes for the aged or phonates or other establishment for the relief and help to the poor needy and destitute people, orphan windows and aged persons.

74. To grants reliefs and assistances to the needy victims during natural calamities such as famine, earth quake, fire flirt etc. and to give donation and other assistance to the institution, establishment and person engaged in such relief work.

75. To initiate participatory action to improve life and facilitates self reliance growth of the deprive (a) through development recourse training center extend training support for managements efficiency and skill development and relevant areas to peoples organization. 76. 77. To publicize through the media on international network instance of success policy program and brings these success stories to the people and government.

78. To organize environment museums and ethno botanical herbarium for popularizing the herein medicine and naturopathy and yoga institutions.

79. To establish a research station for testing the air, water noise soil, nuclear, food mental population.

80. To organize philosophical, peace prayer and meeting for depolluting human minds and peace.

81. To help the activists in creating and establishing voluntary and non governmental body for promotion of open non formal –education, philosophical through, spiritual discourses for the human kind.

82. To make everybody aware regarding the need for national as well as international integration and cooperation by comprising of experienced acknowledgeable and qualified persons the area of parking and motivation. Self employed person can work for the betterment for the youth to gain by self earning through our programmed and promotes social work for the social.

83. To suggest national and international leads alternative approaches to the solution activities and to take steps for the general welfare of the locality, and to organize Satsang Sabha, volunteers organizations and such other social- cum religious organization as and when necessary.

84. To collaborate, officiate and federate with other governments agencies and bodies for implementing the projects of developments nature all over the world.

85. To provide education that prepares students for the social responsibility, school set integrated or integrated teaching them to think and communicate effectively and develop a global awareness and sensitivity for a better global understanding, world peace and unity.

86. To Carry on community development programmers/activities and also construction and development the community hall, brat guar, Dharmshalas, Pio, Sulbh Sochalayas Old-aged Home, Mobile Health Van, Health Care Centers, Charitable Dispensaries, Hospital, Libraries, reading room, Play grounds stadium (Both open and Indoor) Yoga Training Centers, Anganwari, Balwari, Studios, Drama Stage and other training and research Institute for the attainment of the Aims and projects of the society (after allotment of land from competenet authority if required).

87. To Promote the interest of people in Environment, Sense of Integration, Self Employment, Family Planing, Sanitation Section by making audio visual, Tele Films, T.V. Serials and documentary on various aspects of culture music, crafts, environment, health sports and place of social integration. The society will also organize the Stage plays, musical concerts, seminars and variety programmes on special occasions.

88. To provide residential/Hostels, accommodation for consideration and to educate trained and assist financially or otherwise in the education and training of teachers, social workers, staff, students and other persons for the purposes of the society, including SC, ST, BC, OBC and other disciplines on different subjects relating education.

89. To promote conscious, educational/ welfare and treatment programs to control the AIDS, Cancer, Diabetes, Leprosy, Tuberculosis, Syphilis, Heart, Skin and other Diseases.

90. To establish and promote training, welfare and rehabilitation for blindness, deafness, dumbness, lunatic, leprosy, physical & any other disability patients.

91. To rise funds and resources for the attainment of any of aims and objects of the society by all lawful means including investment of the funds, donation, fund-raising campaigns, cultural programs, sale of literature, property development, rent form the building etc.

92. To invest the money of the Trust not Immediately required, in mutual funds, UTI, Securities, or deposits as are permitted by the law for the time being in force.

93. To purchase/acquire the land and /or the building in the name of the trust for the different establishment and for fulfilment of the aims and objects of the trust.

94. To erect, construct, alter, maintain, sell, lease, mortage, transfer, improve, manage and develop all or a part of the property of the building of the above trust necessary or convenient for the purpose the attainment of the aims objects of the trust.

95. To purchase construct new building, hostels or structures and /or modify, renovate, re-build or alter such existing building as may be necessary for the purpose of the trust and to maintain such building in good condition.

96. To assist and co-operate the other association, Trust and the various NGO whose aims are same like this society.

97. To do such other things/acts/activates which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the aims and objects or the society.

98. To establish and maintain hospital nursing home, polytechnic, computer training centers & constructs Marriage Hall, dharmasala, gaushala in any part of India for general public.

99. If any one or more of objects specified of these presents and held not to the objects of a public charitable nature the trustees shall not carryout such object or objects, as if the same are not in corporate in these presence, but the validity of the trust created by these presents as trust for public charitable purposes shall not be affected in any manner.

100. Trustees shall from time to time after meeting the expenses the incidental to the management of the trust properties and of the trust properties and of the trust decide the particular object or objects for which income or corpus of the trust final or properties for the time being available shall be applied.

101. The trustees may accept any donation or contribution in case or in kind from any person, firm, company, corporation association, institution or trusts, banks, including the settler or the trustees or any of them for the furtherance of the objects of the trust or for any one or more of them upon such terms and conditions as they may in their absolute discretion think fit ad which one not inconsistent with the objects of the Trust.

102. The Founder may also take over the management of any other charitable or public institution or such terms as they think fit and may manage such institutions.

103. Without effecting the generally of power and functions of the Trustees to manage and administer the trust the board of trustees shall have the following functions.

104. To borrow, in needed, be against the security of the assets of the trust, by way of Bank over Draft, Bank loan, N.R.I. borrowing or otherwise as may be necessary for the benefits of the trust. And for more effectively carrying out the object of trust provided, however, the trustees unanimously agree on such borrowing limitation to the terms of their decision or agreement and to authorities two or more of the trustees to execute such documents, deeds, papers etc. as may be necessary in connection therewith.

105. 106. The provisions of INDIAN TRUST ACT 1882 shall apply to all other matters not specifically mentioned in these presents.
